You and your staff are very unprofessional and I will newer rent not recommend your company to any one. Further more I am writing a very negative reviews on all social media to make sure anyone interested are directed to other reputable carriers that treat their customers with respect and dignity.
Very disappointed and upset by your company!
They gave my car away before I got there and I had to rent from elsewhere after no car for 3 days.
I received a call 30 minutes before we left for the airport from Priceless informing me that they were cancelling my reservation. The excuse given was a lack of availability. So my recommendation would be to go with someone else, as we were forced to do.
I only used the car for two days , I rented it for theee.The company would not refund the unused day . They also told me I couldn’t use the rental insurance I purchased through the website hotels .com
I was not provided the vehicle class rented. Was given discount for lower class but felt still too high priced. Vehicle was not well cleaned. Vehicle made noises like it might break down.
The worse service ever. Fred constant over talked me, raised his voice and told me I was wasting my time when I ask why my reservation was nit honored when I Prepaid. I never received ruder service before. I will never rent from here, I do intend telling more people.
Kelsey was awesome. Had me in my rental in no time. Didn't need as many days as I thought, I was late picking up my rental and she still served me with awesome customer service. I çalled the next day after I dropped the rental off just to say thank you to her
They gave me different car and price was different $100, i booked via site $129. But had pay $229(additional for different car)
No Van Was Actually Available....and this survey still thinks I rented one....
charged an extra day for being 2 hours late
