Easy pick up and return!
I was very unhappy with the driver who picked me up and with my treatment at the office. In fact, I cancelled the rental and had to go back to the airport rental to try to find something else. The staff (seemed to only be one man) was rude on the phone, lacked patience in describing where I should go to find rental office,-suggested I walk in the rain on a road to get there quicker. He was gruff when he picked me up in a dirty car. The office was dirty and he continued to be gruff.
A lot of paperwork emailed to me at the last minute. No reason for this. If you're having people fill out paperwork in advance, why not send it right away when they book the reservation, and all in *one* email rather than a series of emails mentioning each other (and one, which was supposed to give me an order number, missing entirely)?
Rental process was quick, easy, and the staff was very helpful! The car was in great condition and the rates can't be beat. Highly recommended!
I am pretty tall, when I received my car I could not fit. I called customer service and they were able to find me another vehicle and I was able to keep the same rate. The car was perfect for what I needed! Staff was helpful and understanding. I would definitely rent from them again.
Friendly
the car was filthy, it had rust all over it, a huge dent in the fender, no hubcaps and the check engine light was on. the brakes barely stopped it and the transmission was slipping- the car was not safe
The shuttle picked us up promptly. The staff and everyone from the shuttle driver to the people in the booth as we were driving out were very friendly and very helpful. My wife and I actually were talking about our rental experience and said that it was one of the better ones we've had.
it was a little bit expensive, though, but otherwise a great experience.

First time user pleased with the experience. Received a rental upgrade which may not be a typical experience but I was grateful. The car was in excellent condition....not a wreck, just renting from one. The upfront process online to obtain the rental was more than I would do for a "typical rental" but it was straightforward. This eliminated time at the airport for pick up since everything was already done. The transportation to and from the airport was fast and efficient. Great experience!
