we booked for 2 drivers (approx$38.00) but the 2nd driver did not bring their drivers license. At the end of the trip I requested a refund for the 2nd driver but they said the original quote was charged to the CCard and it would have been inconvenient to refund besides, they pointed out since I booked a mid-size and one was not available,I was upgraded to a larger vehicle at no extra cost making it an even trade off.but that was not my fault. Most reputable companys upgrade anyway in such times
