Did not have the car at the airport as relayed on agreement had to take a lift to and from agent with the cost being 30$+each way key code would take approx 5 min to load and work each time I drove it had to charge it twice and drove under 340 miles was dropped off in the lot no one around have to call to find car took another 15 minutes for theme to unlock and find I could have just book d a car at airport if I knew all this was trying to save money ended up spending more then a compact midsize

I received the car dirty, inside and out smelling of smoke. The app for a key was not convenient, as I needed to use my phone every time I needed to do anything with the car. There was one point were the car was not starting and I needed to call customer support to start the car. When I went to drop it off the car had no Avi tag and I was not able to get into the parking lot to drop off car for over 30 minutes, making us almost miss our flight. I ended up having to buy my own parking ticket.2/10

Everything was great, the only downfall was when we got the vehicle it was at 37% charge already.
