I started the rental process about 7 am the day I was leaving. I jumped through all the hoops with photos and insurance info. I received a confirmation but no information as to where to pick up my car or what the shuttle looked like. After 20 phone calls, actually hung up on and 10 promises that someone would call me back, as well as several emails and text messages I landed without any more information, had to Lyft and missed commitments the next day because I did not have a car.
I never could receive confirmation of them receiving my information. I'd call them and then they would confirm. On to the next step, same thing. Get to the end and call yet a fourth time. They tell me I'm all set ready to go and I would receive my instructions 30 min before my reservation started. Got off the plane, tried calling again because I hadn't received it, couldn't get anybody to answer then I get a text that my reservation was canceled because they were out of cars! Never again
I had to wait three and a half hours in the Phoenix sun because they rented a car they didn't have available and the help desk just punted me off. That said, they gave me a discount and I ended up getting a car. All in all 2/5 experience. Glad I wasn't in a rush.
The rental lot in PHX is unsecured and has zero lighting, arrived at 10Pm, had to use the flashlight on my phone to locate the car by license plate. The surrounding area is industrial so the only safety measures were the two big dogs in the lot next to the Resla's. They were very vocal but would have done little if someone was there to take advantage of the lack of customer safety. The car was filthy on the outside and had stuff left in it from the previous renter. Won't be renting from Resla.
Vehicle was not ready no one communicated with me for hours I had to Uber to and fro. The lot and find an alternative transportation. The was the worst experience I submitted a detailed and. Negative review on Yelp!
The car was not available at the quoted time. I arrived to the airport to find out that they were still processing my insurance. I waited hours at the airport to later be told that there actually weren't any cars available to rent. They appeared very disorganized, and customer support was not able to offer any help.
The worse rental experience EVER. The car was not available when we arrived at the airport. As we landed I received a text saying sorry unfortunately all the vehicles were gone at this time. They did reimburse me, but that didn’t help being in a city with no vehicle for the weekend. It was very inconvenient, and the 20% off next time coupon will never be used. Plz don’t waste your time with this company. Oh… also if you plan on picking it up at the airport they will charge you an extra $50
