Accepted booking, charged my card and then cancelled on us.
Absolutely terrible and will never use you again. Musk should lay your entire staff for complete incompetence.

Not having to wait in line like you do at other rental car companies was terrific. Partnered with being able to drive a Tesla at a cheaper price than Hertz or Enterprise. This is a must-do experience!
Reservation was made 5 hours prior to reservation time, and reservation was not processed and approved until 20 minutes before reservation time. When reservation finally was assigned, it was at a different location because original location did not have any vehicles left. Other location was an additional 20 minutes away which when combined with the late turnaround lead to a poor experience.
Had a confirmation number for a vehicle by the time we landed they canceled it. Got stuck at the airport.
