First off I had no adresse where to pick up or to leave the vehicule. I asked the adress but they sent me the wrong one. I had to pay 2 uberd to get there. Secondly I asked when they would give my deposit back and never got an answer. They have a weird méthode of checking our insurance, I sent them the whole insurance proof, but they needed to talk to someone in the insurance company they finally after 50 minutes on the phone accepted.Otherwise the vehicule was clean and worked perfectly.
I wish it was clearer during the application process that the car I was renting was not near the airport, and that it was up to me to get to the car, aka, no shuttle to and from. Otherwise it was a great experience
Made the mistake of booking with this company because the more mainstream rental companies jacked up their prices during a busy weekend in Austin, but ended up spending about $50 in otherwise unnecessary Ubers, and wasted probably 6 hours of my time because they screwed up my reservation- on top of the $400 I’ve been charged for the rental (so far). Had one decent customer service experience but still waiting for a response on subsequent “fees” they charged me. Do not recommend.
The rental process and subsequent billing issues have been a hassle.
Car pretty dirty. Instructions for pick up were not clear and staff weren’t helpful in locating it. Thankfully the car key app showed a beacon where it was. Did not understand I would have to pay for parking to leave… that was unexpected additional cost. The phone app key was great!
A lot of friction. Customer experience is not dialed in. Vehicle not ready when I landed. How to drop off not clear. Seems like company is new and offering a great service. Hone education and customer communication and staff training to improve what you do.
Disastrous. For every dollar spent , I spent 20x fixing problems. 1/ Their messages and payments are filtered and delivered to junk mail / fraud files 2/ They ignore most calls and messages. 3/ They require a con call with your insurance provider to confirm that your coverage applies to the rental. 4/ They send "confirmations" for the wrong vehicle and location. 5/ They remotely disable the vehicle at the end of the rental, so if you are late, you will be stranded wherever you are.
My bank contacted me for fraud , my total amount doubled.

There was virtually no communications. There should be a page on their website that explains what's going to happen. instead I got a continuous stream of texts asking for increasingly more personal information and more money. There were several additional fees that I had no idea.I was going to be asked to pay and then I had to pay to get the car out of parking which was another unexpected charge. The worst part of the whole thing was that I got a car that had been smoked in and STANK
Worst car rental experience of my life. Car was not ready at the airport, had to be Lyfted to the car 30 minutes away and still took another 30 minutes to actually find the car. When getting in the car, it reeked of weed and was filthy. Back door did not close properly. Also wasn't provided clear instructions on how to drop the car back off at the airport. 0 stars.
