My bank contacted me for fraud , my total amount doubled.
I waits for responses.
There was virtually no communications. There should be a page on their website that explains what's going to happen. instead I got a continuous stream of texts asking for increasingly more personal information and more money. There were several additional fees that I had no idea.I was going to be asked to pay and then I had to pay to get the car out of parking which was another unexpected charge. The worst part of the whole thing was that I got a car that had been smoked in and STANK
Worst car rental experience of my life. Car was not ready at the airport, had to be Lyfted to the car 30 minutes away and still took another 30 minutes to actually find the car. When getting in the car, it reeked of weed and was filthy. Back door did not close properly. Also wasn't provided clear instructions on how to drop the car back off at the airport. 0 stars.
I arrived in Phoenix, AZ, at the location to pick up the vehicle. Just an empty lot and no one was there in a dicey neighborhood. I spoke to a rep at the (480) number but they were of little or no help because they are in Missouri and when they are not responded to digitally they are useless. A person finally arrives and contacts his supervisor who tells him everything is still being checked out, why did I complete all of the pre-checks ahead of time?
The email confirmation never told us that the rental car was away from the airport, and that we would need a taxi or Uber to reach the rental car. The customer service rep told us that our rental car would be waiting for us, but the car we had rented got into an accident & when we showed up- it wasn’t at the site! This prompted a call to Resla, and we had to wait several minutes to be put into another rental.
Good stuff
At 8am I rented a car for 9am pickup. Despite submitting all documents they requested immediately, at 11:30am I still did not have access to my car and I gave up. To their credit, they did give me a full refund.
I never picked up the rental there was no communication
Had to wait an hour for them to send the digital key and just stand outside the vehicle since there is no office. Also took 30 minutes of being on hold to get in touch with a human.
They failed to rent me a car after it was prepaid!!!
