Good stuff
At 8am I rented a car for 9am pickup. Despite submitting all documents they requested immediately, at 11:30am I still did not have access to my car and I gave up. To their credit, they did give me a full refund.
I never picked up the rental there was no communication
Had to wait an hour for them to send the digital key and just stand outside the vehicle since there is no office. Also took 30 minutes of being on hold to get in touch with a human.
They failed to rent me a car after it was prepaid!!!
The rental experience is a mess. I feel like I’m renting from my neighbor’s kid who is borrowing his dad’s car for the weekend. Resla needs it’s own app - using text and email and two websites and a different third party key app was a clunky experience that could be streamlined into one app like Lime scooter rentals but for cars. Business models seems to work but I’m shocked on immature the experience is given their size.
