First time rented from them and experience was great. Got complementary upgrade, Great value and great service from pickup to vehicle rental to drop off at the airport. Looking forward to my next rental in May.

Loved my rental upgraded from economy to Durango. I think what could be improved is the shuttle service mainly where they pick up and drop off. From customs I bet I walked 1/2 mile to the pick up point. And the drop off was no different. Driver asked me what airline (united) drove to the drop point and he said this is your stop (door 7) again I had to walk a long long distance to the ticket counter. Crazy but I had to put my luggage in and out of the car without help, hence I no tip either wayð

Very impressed with the fact that I rented a small car and was able to trade up to a mid size SUV for same price !
