The car was unclean, oil change was over due by 1800kms, no washer fluid in the middle of the winters, the car used to shake when applied breaks at higher speed

The company did not have an office at the airport for which I made a reservation so I went to the competition. Terrible

Extremely dissatisfied, usually when companies say unlimited mileage, it is usually unlimited. This company is a scam..they put it in fine prints that you have to show your boarding pass to qualify for free mileage- which is written in fine prints. Who reads the fine prints for car rental and that too for mileage. On top of that, the location is stated as off Pearson Airport. This should mean that you are 1-2 mins away from airport and not 10 mins drive away. SCAMMERS

Hi Ehsan, We do understand your frustration, but we can not rent to Ontario G2 Licenses holder due to Ontario insurance regulation and it is clearly mentioned in Terms
