Never heard of this company before but it was FAR cheaper than the others for an SUV, so we went with it. No problems at all, will keep an eye out for them in the future.

The agent wasted 30 minutes time not knowing a simple thing working on car rental office that world card has Collison ins Hence I had to confirm thatwasted 30 minutes. So recieved that vehicle at 4 30 pm instead of 4pm Car was dirty. Inside and outside outside car ice was frozen back trunk tire was hard to see the back anything. Last the car has no gas on it I was on the highway looking for gas station I lost my appointment! I need a call back from head office 647 990 17

Further more the delay happened when you forgot your PIN. You chose to have brand new Jeep Wrangler which is modeled to have spare tire on Tail Gate. Since then you have rented multiple times from us. We thank you again.

I had a little trouble locating the location for pickup, would be much better if they explained that further prior to arrival. Other than that they were very helpful and reliable. I will definitely use their service again.
