This was a great experience I got an unbelievable rate online and was wondering what would go wrong. Nothing went wrong!! Quite the opposite, the check in Customer Service Associate Saif Siraji was extremely helpful and upgraded my reservation to a new Jeep Wrangler which as fabulous as we ran into a bit of snow. Check out Associate Vivian was very helpful. On top of all this the shuttle driver was very accommodating and got us the airport well ahead of our flight. Thanks again to Routes!!!

I often travel to Toronto for work. I need quick and easy way to access car rental. the staff at routes is very courteous and quick to respond. They always pick me up from the airport and have my car ready when I get there. The people always serve you with a smile and go the extra mile to make your experience amazing.
I would recommend everyone to try this rental company at least once, to see how a low price rental agency can also offer A class service.

I've rented from the Chicago, O'Hare facility several times. The staff (from the drivers to the counter agents) were extremely courteous, helpful and professional. Routes is now my number one choice of car rentals agencies while in the Chicago area. Keep up the good work!!!
