Somehow, the dates that I booked online were incorrect. I would have appreciated the rates online being honored, even if it was an error on my part. It was clearly an unintentional error and better customer service would have been to honor the rates.

As per our records you made reservation for Nov 11th and picked up the vehicle on 10/29th . We did match the existing rate in Oct and tried to help you. We thank you for your business.
Waited over 30 minutes to be picked up, and about 20 minutes to take me back to airport.
