The pickup at OHare was somewhat slow, though there were only two other guests at that hour. As a courtesy, the agent upgraded me to a larger vehicle. Unfortunately, this probably cost me more money in gas since I was driving out of state for the weekend. Still, there vehicles were new and the value for the price was much better than other agencies offered for that time period. I would recommend Routes in the future, but I'd probably refuse the vehicle upgrade, their SUVs are gas hogs.

The GPS was very difficult to use.
Other then that everything was great.
5 of us in vehicle got a 7 passenger Nissan something a cross over maybe a Murano.
% and a lot of luggage. we took up seat 6-7 with luggage.

Last minute rental, got a great deal. Vehicle was in great condition and fit 3 suitcases as well as my double stroller. Will definitely be back!!
