Last minute rental, got a great deal. Vehicle was in great condition and fit 3 suitcases as well as my double stroller. Will definitely be back!!

I had called to request a shuttle and the staff said she was dispatching someone to pick me up, but I waited for a half hour before someone came. More prompt service would be appreciated.
But the ride back to the airport was great! Aaron (Erin?) was very engaging and gave some great advice that you can buy used cars from rental companies!

Rented a grand caravan from the Ottawa off airport location. Company had our arrival time but had to wait 40 minutes for pickup - unacceptable. No grand caravans available, but dodge Durango instead, which seated 6 so that worked. Upon dropoff, nobody available for at least half hour to shuttle to the airport, which meant time constraints to catch flight. Very unorganized staff at this location, despite good value, will not rent from this location again. Waiting 30-40 minutes unacceptable

It was great, no waiting. Upon return, thr checker just scanned the ticket and everything went fine. Just like that. The car was in perfect condition. I would do it over again .

Charges me an extra day even though there is a 2 hour grace period. However, was fixed when I told them about it. The workers should be aware of this though.
