I was given a different vehicle from the one that I reserved. The vehicle was good--but there was no cruise control--I just assumed that it would be on the Altima that I reserved--but they gave me a Kia Forte (Good Car but No Cruise)
The Worst thing was that they gave me a car that was totally empty of gas. So I had to Fill It Up and BRING IT BACK EMPTY.
How the Hell Do You Bring a Car Back Empty. IF YOU ARE CLOSE TO EMPTY -THEN YOU RUN THE RISK OF RUNNING OUT OF GAS.

I travel a lot and rent car frequently, but this this the first time I deal with this company "Routs". It has been the best car rental experience ever in my life. Very courteous people. Very nice cars. Great and frendly staff. I difinatally recommend their company for any one. Please make sure to have some change like a tony to tip the drivers of the shuttles, they deserve it.

Experience was great, however, 3rd party website was poor and didn't allow a change to pick-up time as a result of flight delay. Bookings should be made on Routes direct web site. In the end Routes honoured the reservation.

From being picked up at the airport, everything in between and being dropped back off at the airport when it was time to leave, everything was great! The drivers were courteous and the people working behind the counter on both days were super helpful and nice. We appreciated all that Routes helped us with on our visit to Canada.
