Their services are continously improving and I am really impressed with their efforts. Someone picked me up from the airport and drove to their location. They were busy and a few staff and I had to wait for 40 minutes to get my turn.
Other than that, I was highly impressed by their services, especially car return time, three of the staffs were tied up, and one young lady came to me checked the car ok and I was out of their office in 15 minutes. It was amazing service.

the actually time for pick-up at the airport should be HONEST. maybe if you knew the persons scheduled arrival time, you could have a van ready to pick up the customer. i ended up being at the funeral home SECONDS before they closed the casket and left for the cemetery. a more timely pick-up at the airport would have allowed me easily 20 minutes, giving me more time to pay my respects and visit family. also, my pick-up with 3/4 tank was not noted. i did return it with 7/8 tank.

I was not allowed to rent the car because I am a 'local'. I really wish it would have told me that before I made the reservation! I would never recommend this place, not even to out of state residents.

Right now as per company policy we do not rent to local customers and it is clearly stated on the website. Unfortunately we do not get any phone number or email of the customer in the reservation otherwise we would have called you in advance. We would love to serve you in future if there is any change in the Policy. We are working on it.
The driver picking us up was not very helpful and friendly, the staff giving us the vehicle is not any friendlier either. He even tried to give us a different vehicle, even saying, it's actually an upgrade and I won't be charged any extra, but is actually not. That was a little deception in the making. I insisted on asking for the vehicle I signed up for and he gave it to me.

The Jeep wasnt great on gas and the
km limit was not the best but still would recommend it to others and probably would rent myself again as well.

Counter staff not very polite but the late model Murano we were assigned was excellent. Airport shuttle was tatty but we did not have to wait long.

Everything was to our liking. What would have sweetened the deal is if we could have left our personal vehicle in a locked area at your premises. Would have saved us time getting away sooner on the holiday weekend. Also, it would be a good idea if you highlighted on your website that all pick ups are commercial vehicles - therefore Visa card insurance does not cover collision . That was our only surprise with renting this vehicle.
