SLOW pick up. SLOW check in (there was actually another person sitting there on staff claiming to be "working on another project" while 4 customers each had to wait 15 minutes for a check in....SLOW check out...everything was SLOW! I would rather pay double and rent from Hertz.

The return process was slow and inefficient. (The pickup process was smooth and efficient, however).

I got a great rate, the car was a very new Kia Forte and everything went very smoothly. The staff were also able to give me 50 km extra as the fine print on unlimited mileage was only displayed at the end of the online rental confirmation and I was worried I'd go over the mileage. I will definitely rent from Routes Car & Truck Rental again! Thanks!
