Ruined my weekend due to lack of info given i called ahead of time with questions that upon arrival werent accurate

Not bad.
The staff were very knowledgeable and also very friendly. They honoured their rate and upgraded for no extra fee. I will be letting my friends and family know about this great company. They returned me to the airport with great friendliness .
Whenever I in Toronto again I will be renting from this company again. Thank you for wonderful service.

I was charged an additional 158.13Euro at rental time because I did not carry an International Driver's License. In no place in the contract does it say a Canadian needs to carry this type of license....USA only!!!!

Terrible experience with routes. Went for one rental car and got lured into a bait and switch. Tried to get us into a jeep wrangler or a jeep Cherokee that a woman had puked in. Poor communication between staff and almost put a 1000 dollar hold on my credit card twice. Waited 2 hrs for a vehicle and ended up walking away with nothing. Went to a is and received a brand new car after a 5 min wait. If anyone is renting a car at my office in Mississauga I will tell them not to go here.

Our records indicate you did not even inspect the vehicle, since you wanted a 4 cyl SUV and we only had 6 cyl SUVs at that time. There was a issue with the credit card and it took you to sort it out and hence the delay. Our policies online clealry list the hold amount on CC and also all reservations are based on size of vehicle and make/model cannot be guaranteed. - YYZ Loc

Probably the best interaction I have had with car rental staff. The staff was friendly and helpful , a pleasant change from my usual experience
