Long wait to be picked up at the airport (more than half hour). Had to drop the car off early and the office was closed, so a bit of a hassle getting a taxi back to the airport. Rented from another off site company on the way back from overseas trip, was picked up right away and they have 24 hour service, same rates.

We strive to have the quickest turn around time for airport pick up/drop offs. Nevertheless sometimes depending on no. of psngrs loading/unloading and traffic conditions it might take a little bit longer. Our business hours are posted at the source of the reservation.
Although there was a glitch and our reservation wasn't in their computer they fixed us up promptly and honored our internet price. They were all very helpful.

Very pleased with the vehicle and the amount of KM I received. The only thing I would change is the customer service. While it wasn't bad it definitely wasn't great. I felt like a lost puppy trying to get some attention and the staff would talk to each other while there was a line up of people. Other then that I felt like I received a great deal and it really was a big help to have found that company. I'd be happy to use them again

My only concern is the down payment/deposit that is asked. I guess only if you are money available to you on your credit card you can rent from this company I had to pay $1000 deposit which I had a bit of issue with but over all everything else went well and I have already recommended a freind

The rate I was quoted was not honored, as they had given the car away to another customer. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Our records indicate that your reservation was for 09/07/16, but you came in to pick up the rental the following day. Since there wasno modification made to the orginal reservation by you, the rental agent had generate a new reservation with rates applicable at the time of the new reservation. - YOW location
