I had asked for an economy vehicle. I realized that I needed a vehicle with GPS so I was offered a Nissan SUV but paid 5:00 per day extra. It was not a problem but I would have preferred a smaller car with GPS to keep the cost down and it is easier to maneuver. . I suspect they didn't have one available as I arrived late at night

Given the situation our agents try their best to accommodate customer requests. Economy size vehicles do not come with a built in GPS. The cost to rent a GPS at the YOW loc is $6.99, as far as we are concerned we gave you a upgrade with a GPS at a lower cost.

I did not go forward with the rental because they added on a ton of hidden fees that more than doubled the cost--and they wanted a $1000 deposit for a 3-day rental car??? That is weird. Sounded like a scam, so I left.

As per our local renter policy listed online we take $1000.00 pre-authorization on the credit card and do not take an actual deposit. Our records indicate that rental amt was exactly as per your reservation.
They did not have my reservation when I got there so I ended up having to pay 3 times as much for my vehicle. The staff at the desk made no attempt to fix the issue because they knew I had no other choice but rent another vehicle from them. The pick up and drop off service was very quick and very polite.

Upon checking we found the reservation due to some technical issue the reservation did not come through at the time of pick up. We do apologize for the above and will upgrade you at no extra cost on your next rental

One thing I would like to say is that when I booked the car, nowhere on the website was it mentioned that the car rental was not located at the airport but a short cab ride away. All was sorted after the phone call to the car rental, they paid the cab and drove us to the airport on the way back.
