I took the car back a day earlier but still paid for the full rental - not impressed. Also had to pay extra insurance even though I have Roadstar here in BC.
Overall service and car is great and hope to come back again .

Great service. Picked me up from airport and dropped me off after rental returned. Only complaint is that u have to pay for mileage after a certain small amount allotted.

Everything was fabulous. Very smooth and easy.
It took a long time to get the car and the staff person wasnt courteous. It took even longer to return the car although the staff was very courteous but extremely slow. Several customers were upset about this. I also found out that they close at 8 pm and if we want to return a car after this we would have to drop off the keys in a box and they would process the return the day after, and charge the rental until that moment! This is why I will not rent again from this company and wont recommend.
I would recommend you to friends but your staff was at a minimum and people behind me were upset about the long wait and walked out - note: it is a long walk to another agency from your office - this meant that they were very upset about the wait. I was not in a hurry and could wait because of the low price on the rental. This said I will let people know that service is slow but may be worth a lower price.
If possible to arrange delivering cars on demand with additional cost for convenient purpose
The rental never went through because when I got to your office they told me that they do NOT take debit card. I didn't know therefore I had to rent from another rental car company. I rent from major car companies and never had such an issue.
