It was the worst experience I ever had! The pick up was over an hour wait, then an additional 1.5 hours at the rental place. They had over booked cars, they were understaffed then when we finally ( after 3.5 hours) drove away only to find the van had less than a half tank of gas. We filled up and because we had to return after hours the next day I returned with better than a half tank so I lost almost $30 in gas of which I will try and recouperate.
I will never rent here again -A NIGHTMARE
I got the best price and rented Jeep Grand Cherokee for $32 daily. Moreover I extended the rental on phone. Really a great service.

We waited for our shuttle for 30 mins after I called and was told he would be there within 5 mins. Other than that, staff was great and easy to work with.

The turn around time for the shuttle is about 15 mins but due to some unforeseen cir***stances such as no. of p***engers boarding/unboarding, traffic etc there might be a delay. We are glad to hear that rest of the process went smoothly.
This company is a fraud. Wanted to hold unto $1000 for for 5 days for 'incidentals' , the contract limits you to driving only 200 kilometres. People should beware of this company. I ended up refusing to take their car and forfeited my money but I have no regrets because of the shady look of the whole operation

Was told unlimited mileage but later charged for mileage. I had a plane ticket as i am from Toronto but living abroad now. Their website only said if u have a plane ticket out. 1000 hold on credit card made me unable to use it for gas so I was charged 1.50 a liter for gas... Too much. So all in all the advertised 30 dollars/day for three days I was charged 250 dollars. Feel ripped off and will never use routes again.

Local renter policy is listed at the source of the reservation. Your driver's license had a local address and therefore you are considered a local renter. If a customer does not agree with our refueling charges they always have the option to refuel the rental vehicle themselves. As per our record the rental rate was honored as per there reservation the other charges were for refueling and CDW.

We do admit due to the high season at times wait times have been a bit longer than usual but it has never been that long. As far the damage charges no one is bullied ever to pay for anything. All vehicles are thoroughly inspected along with the renter before they leave the lot and all damages are marked on the inspection sheet.
I am not sure how the reviewer concluded that someone was been bullied for a damage without knowing all the facts.
