They are very busy. Yet still were able to take care of my needs as fast as most rental companies. This was my first visit to Toronto so for anyone else traveling my recommendation would be to make sure you accept their GPS. The only complaint was their inability to not pick me up at the airport. Other than that, no complaints once I arrived.

Your comments are greatly appreciated. We would love to pick our customers directly from the terminal but the Toronto airport authority allows offsite car rental companies to pick up only from the Viscount station.

Our goal @ Routes is to give our customers best value for their money.
Location is 15 minutes drive from airport plan accordingly. Make sure you have taken all your stuff from the car at return.

As indicated on your reservation we are offsite and depending on the location, traffic conditions, no. of psngrs boarding/ unboarding it could take 8 -14 mins for pick up. There is a sign posted right behind the counter that we are not responsible are responsible any items left behind in the vehicle, in spite of that every effort is made to to retrieve and secure any items that are left behind.

It will depend on if my claim gets resolved. I got charged almost 300 dollars above the quoted price without an explanation.
There were no staff afterhours to receive the vehicle. I have pictures taken when we returned the vehicle and there was no damage.
As it was stated that there was free shuttle to the airport, it end up there were not service available for the time we dropped off.
I really hope to be contacted to resolve this issue.

Our records indicate there is damage charges at this point. The total charged was exactly as per your reservation plus the additional driver fee. The $ 300 USD was a pre-authorization for security against any tickets or tolls. Our hours of operation are clearly displayed at the location and also at the reservationrce. Shuttle is available during regular business hours as also indicated on the reservtion website-
