It will depend on if my claim gets resolved. I got charged almost 300 dollars above the quoted price without an explanation.
There were no staff afterhours to receive the vehicle. I have pictures taken when we returned the vehicle and there was no damage.
As it was stated that there was free shuttle to the airport, it end up there were not service available for the time we dropped off.
I really hope to be contacted to resolve this issue.

Our records indicate there are no damage charges at this point. The total amt charged for the rental was exactly as per your reservation plus the additional driver fee. The $ 300 USD was a pre-authorization for security against any tickets or tolls. Our hours of operation are clearly displayed at the location and also at the reservation source. Shuttle is available during regular business hours as also indicated at the resrvation website

Pick up driver did not lift a finger to help with the luggage even we have a child and an infant with us. Limited opening hours very inconvenience
Bad Things: Pick up place not in the Airport, so it's not confortable and fast. Also the car wasn't so clean on the inside. And we received the car with 1/4 of fuel tank and when we drop it they wanted us to pay for a full tank. Finally we didn't pay but it wasn't correct.
Good things: Great Service, Good price, Great car conditions.

All reservation websites display us as an offsite car rental company. Depending on the reservation website this is indicate by Call for Pickup/Shuttle, Shuttle to Counter and/or Car. If the rental agent was informed about the cleanliness of the vehicle, they would have immediately rectified it for you. As you mentioned there was no fuel charge I believe it was an oversight.

They required that I provide proof of insurance in order to decline their insurance. This is not standard practice in the industry and I've never seen it before from any other agency in any other country. This resulted in needing to pay $13 day extra because I do not carry a copy of my insurance card. Ridiculous.
