They required that I provide proof of insurance in order to decline their insurance. This is not standard practice in the industry and I've never seen it before from any other agency in any other country. This resulted in needing to pay $13 day extra because I do not carry a copy of my insurance card. Ridiculous.

The vehicle requested was not even an option at this rental place- poor! The staff is very rude and lacks customer service skills. Will definitely not use or recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunate experience

Reservations are only based are size/category of the vehicle. Make, model and color are not gauranteed. It is clearly stated on the website ' or similar' after the make/model.

It was the worst experience I have ever had while renting a car. I had to wait 1 hour and a half to get the car I wanted and the manager did not want to take responsibility. I had to harass them to compensate the time lost by making them pay a toll fee because I had to take the Expressway in order to make up time for an appointment. they didn't want to take responsibility for their poor service arguing that it was pre-paid and there was nothing they could do. Will never rent there again

Just like in any other business related to hospitality and tourism during peak times like the long weekend there is a huge influx of customers within a short period of time resulting in longer wait times. In spite of that we made sure that every customer was served and got a vehicle. Also us agreeing to pay for the toll usage indicates that we are always willing to work with our customers towards an amicable resolution.
