I was about to miss my flight because of late opening of the office; however, the driver told me they will be open from 7:00 am but they open at 8:00.

Everything worked out well except for the bit of a wait at the airport and shuttle to the location of the rental We were very happy that they offered an upgrade for us

There is note that you had called about a item left in the vehicle, even though we are not responsible for items left behind in the car every effort was made to look for it.

At first I was concerned that the agency wasn't on site at the airport but once I became familiar with the link train and shuttle it actually worked out better as I avoided rush hour traffic problems.
