My flight was late. I was scrambling around all afternoon, running from plane to plane. I did not have time to call and make sure you would hold a car for me. When I arrived and tried to pick up the car it was gone and there were no other cars available. You neither called me nor emailed me to check in. My flight number was on the reservation, someone could have easily looked to see that the flight was delayed. The person I spoke with was rude, unapologetic and did not seem to care. NEVER AGAIN.
I had reserved a compact car but when I got there, they told that system shows a mid-size SUV and they gave me a Jeep wrangler which I was not happy about since the car drives and burns gas like a tank. At the time, I forgot to show them my confirmation email, which showed that I had reserved a compact. They were not willing to downgrade me to a compact. I wasn't charged extra though.
Everything was perfect while picking up my car. While returning the car, we had confusion. My agreement couldn't be found, I was asked to pay again and no confirmation was provided. A $500 deposit was taken. I have concern about the refund as the agreement was not located before I flew out of the Ottawa airport. It makes me very nervous. My credit card has been charged and imprinted and no one could find my return. It soured the experience.

I went to the Richmond office. There had been an error in the booking with the website I had used, but the gentleman working the desk, Bhaj, solved the situation immediately. He was first class in guest service. The office is really nice and Bhaj, is a great representative for you. I wish you had a downtown Vancouver base.

My vehicle was not available but the free upgrade was great and worked out much better than the original vehicle would have in the circumstances. Great job!!

My invoice from Kayak indicated unlimited mileage but didnt say that the deal was for visitors and not local residents. I had to go on the website to find out more. When you book you have to put your home address therefore they shouldnt indicate unlimited mileage when they know we are not entitled to it. The car was dirty when received.

Had to wait a half hour at the airport to be picked up, then another 10 minutes at the site to get the car prepped for rental. Other than the wait, everything was great!
