You are manipulating and your rules are unclear. Alot of things you do not mention prior to rental. Glad I didn't go with your crappy company and never will again

Was promised pick up at YOW at 0130 hrs. Even called routes and confirmed with Priya that I would be picked up. Sent her my confirmation as she requested. I was not picked up. I was left stranded at Ottawa Airport. I called Routes Ottawa several times and no answer. Last time I will book routes. All other rental agencies were closed until 630am. I had to take a $30 taxi to hotel. Then the next day I took the bus back to airport and rented Alamo. Alamo excellent.

We checked with YOW location, there was a rep waiting for your call at the location until 2:30 am and since there no further intimation about any further delays and no other schedules pickups for that night, he left for the day.

Worst rental service ever! Quoted rate was not honoured, requested car was not available, alternate car gas tank was empty!! Who drives on E?? The whole experience was disappointing so will not be recommending it to anyone else either.

Our records indicate that rental rate charged on the rental agreement is the same as your reservation. Also you were upgraded to a recently delivered Premium SUV at no extra cost.
The car had a very strong odor. It was either stale cigar or wet dog smell Nonetheless it was gross. I told the person at inspection, it was noted but an alternative car was not offered. I sprayed the interior with Frebreeze but the odor returned within 24 hours. Unfortunately I was 4.5 hours away by that point and couldn't return the vehicle. The smell was confirmed by the inspector upon drop off but no compensation was offered. No brush in car and we experienced a major snow storm in TO.

Upon checking with the concerned location we found they had sprayed the vehicle and at that time didn't think the smell might get worse. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The notes indicate that since it was a prepaid rental the rental agent was not able to offer you any compensation at that time.
