I am very happy with Route for rental cars.
When I called, I was told that facility would close at 8pm but I was never told that the pick up day was considered a holiday in Canada and would close at 5pm. I was stuck and had to wait until the following day to pick up the vehicle.

First time using this agency. It was great, the price was best value I ever have had for a car rental. And the car was superior to what I had requested when I booked the rental. I would highly recommend.
