Information for pick up incorrect. Phone number provided for assistance was for a depot 3400km away. Operative contacted at depot didn't understand my questions & tried to start a new rental for me. Depot was dirty & too far from the airport. Extra charges had to be added to the rental which I was not expecting.
A thoroughly unpleasant stressful experience to the beginning of my holiday & I would not recommend this company to anybody I know

Your reservation was for the Toronto Pearson Airport, which is about 5 - 7 mins away from our location. We have have provided a centralized toll free number with every reservation in case there is a issue contacting the local office. Once we recieve your call, its then forwarded to the location you have reserved with.
The extra charges mentioned were for CDW, which is not required to be purchased as long as a valid proof of coverage is provided at the time of the rental, as per the policies mentioned online along with your reservation.
quite far and extra insurance cost, good for one two days but not for long term rentals, which I mostly opt.

We are approx 5 - 7 mins away from the airport and I believe you were picked up within the same time frame once we received your call. Also you do not need to purchase any insurance from us as long as you have a valid proof of coverage at the time of the rental as indicated in our policies at the source of the reservation.
Overall experience was good despite the initial wait to see agent.

As per our rental agent we waited for you a bit past our closing time to accommodate you. Also due to a bad weather warning the following day we had upgraded you to a SUV at no extra charge. The only concern you had was for a small amount of fuel refund, which we had already mentioned at time of your pickup that there were no fuel refunds and rental should be returned at the same fuel level.

For the price you cannot go wrong with this agency. It was extremely cheaper than other options when traveling across border lines.The car I got was nice but not what was reserved. They did not have the car I reserved online and I waited about 3 hours until I could get an alternative which was nothing like what I reserved. However I did love the vehicle regardless, and again, for the price, I would rent from there again.
