Overall good experience in regards to customer service experience. However, experience over the phone when you call to enquire information needs improvement. Sounds like representative can't be bothered and expects you to do everything online -even when you may not know how do do certain things. Not very helpful.

I never received the car, I arrived at about 9pm and the office was closed, there was nothing in my reservation that told me about this. I had to book another car. Worse experience ever, I'd love to speak to the owner if he cares. I'd like to write a complaint to the Pearson Airport authority, Im a human being and they need to communicate in a better way.

Your reservation was for 6:00 pm and you arrived at 9:00pm. There was no intimation ahead of time from your end about your delay. Kindly please refer car rentals policies for all information including business hours of any rental location. Thank you for your comments
