Best Rental Agency I have EVER rented a vehicle from!
waited 40 minutes to be picked up

I believe you were with Hockey team, as per our driver he had picked up a few of you from the Viscount terminal and was told the rest of you were on your way to Viscount. Hence after our driver dropped off the first group, he immediately turned around and went to Viscount Terminal. But nobody was there. I believe some of you were waiting at the terminal you arrived instead of Viscount and hence the delay.
Car had severe dents at the rear but I was not told about it. It was dark and the back of the car was in snow so I could not even see it at the time of renting. I noticed them a day later and called in. From that point though, everything was good. The gentleman on the phone ack it and made a note in my file. I did not have any problem at the time of returning it. I was anxious for a bit though and that could have been avoided if I was told about it at the time of renting. Excellent otherwise.

Offsite, but close to the airport and hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the rental, spotless and an upgrade from what was offered on the website. I would have no problems recommending Routes based on my experience. Thanks!
