First time renting through Routes and it was a great experience. Compared to all the other companies, Routes is now my #1. I was picked up on time and when I was returned to the airport they dropped my off at my terminal. Super friendly and I will be back.

A great company to rent cars from. They gave me free upgrade to a full size SUV. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Other companies should learn from them that how to treat customers. I made my future booking with them, then and there at a very good price. I recommend everyone to rent from Routes car rentals.

Customer service was non-existance. Even though liability insurance is mandatory for ontario vehicle, they still force customers to purchase their SLI product if you dont have one your own (every other car rental company I used, SLI is optional). When asked questions about it, they just keep saying to see the website, its their policy. Lady behind the counter did not want to answer any questions. Tire pressure light was on, was told its nornmal. Car was not fully cleaned, poor on gas.
