The car was better than I expected and the service by personnel was exceptional!! I was well pleased with all of our experience with Routes Car & Truck Rentals and if I ever need to use there services again, I will definitely do so. Thanks Routes! I will recommend you to all my friends!!
Vehicle requested was n.a. Substitution was not comfortable and the ride was very rough. Vehicle was rented with only 1/4 tank of gas. Prefer a full tank and return full policy. No snow brush scraper was provided. Agent told me that it never snows so they don't provide them. Hello! This is Canada and it's winter. Of course it could snow, and it did, and left ice on windshield overnight. I bought my own scraper. I mentioned all to agent upon my return - he didn't seem to care.

Apologize for all the inconvenience. If the requested size of vehicle is not available its a standard procedure to upgrade you the next available size. I believe you were given a Wrangler. We have reminded our staff about the snow brushes.
took over an hour to get to pick up spot and to get picked up.
Close to 2 hr before I got my car. If you have lots of time this is a really great price and a good deal
This is an excellent rental company who provide amazing value. We picked up the car at Toronto airport. It is important to realize that this is an 'off airport' rental. There is no counter at the airport itself. You need to take the train to 'Viscount station' and then call them from the courtesy phone. Then they come and pick you up. Unfortunately, this information is not mentioned in the email they send and can cause confusion.

Since January, I rented each week ends a minivan. The first experice was extremly positive.
Two weks ago, I waited one hour to have a vehicule.
Last week, I rented a minivan, to my surprise, its inside is really dirt:
Track of cafe, a lot of fat, back seats dirty.
There is also have a dog hairs (I think).
But in general I am very hapy with you.

Great experience. The staff (Vivian) was very helpful and the whole process went smooth and all that terms were explained in details. Great value for the money paid. I will definitely consider renting from Routes again.
Always good to read all the small prints -
While the service was good, a bit more emphasis on client engagement would be helpful. For example, we had to wait quite some time to get the vehicle. We stood out in the cold for several minutes (10-15mins) before realizing the vehicle was not ready. Communication that the vehicle was being prepp'd and would be ready shortly would have allowed us to free an individual who had been waiting.
