The agent was very courteous and I was provided an upgrade without any extra charge. I was also provided transportation shuttle to the airport to catch my flight. I would strongly recommend to friends to rent from this rental agency even though it is not at the airport.

A little mix up on delivery.
I was pleased with the service but felt that $50 admin charges was pretty hefty to pick the vehicle from the alternate location and also that the parking fee was misrepresented as I was advised within a couple of hours that the vehicle was picked up which shoul not have been $30 however i am accepting the charge. One item of interest though is that I was not shown the drop off location for the keys as I had to be at the airport before the opening time of the business.
Agency reply:
As per the reservation vehicle pick up/drop off is only from the rental location. Therefore we have to make alternate arrangements to pick up the vehicle from a different and hence the fee. For future refrence the key drop off is just beside the main door and is clearly marked.
Route service is really quick and efficient. Staff is really nice and respectful. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Car smelled like smoke which made it pretty gross to drive in.
When travelling, renting a car helps save time, adds convenience and saves wear and tear on a personal vehicle. I have seen all the best standard services, like competitive rates, reliable transport, pick up and drop off services, unlimited mileage, and many more......................... Only i think they need more companies of other cities as soon as possible.
not a single smile was had from any member of the staff. staff members acted as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.
I booked for a car and ended up with a big square gas guzzling SUV. for me this was not an upgrade. after flying from Calgary to Toronto and then needing to drive to Whitby, telling me at 6pm that to come back in the morning for a car was ridicules. the fuel Gage was below empty and there was absolutely no windshield fluid. not much fun once i was on the highway.
