not a single smile was had from any member of the staff. staff members acted as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.
I booked for a car and ended up with a big square gas guzzling SUV. for me this was not an upgrade. after flying from Calgary to Toronto and then needing to drive to Whitby, telling me at 6pm that to come back in the morning for a car was ridicules. the fuel Gage was below empty and there was absolutely no windshield fluid. not much fun once i was on the highway.
Friendly staff.. accents sometimes made it hard to understand-- should be informed that the agency is not on site (at the airport) and that one has to get a taxi there-- not so convenient--
Excellent service! Very friendly staff, everything went smoothly. They picked me up from the airport. Car was nice and clean. I will definitely rent a car from them next time when I come to canada!
Routes staff picked me up after hours for a small fee and then dropped me off near the airport which was great. The only small oversight was the lack of a frost scraper and snow brush which I had to buy.
I'd rent again!
Great customer service! The vehicle though had a little bit of a problem - tire pressure and oil change warning kept on showing on dashboard - but car jockey gave me a heads up when they handed me the vehicle.
I am happy with the service .quick pick up from the airport.Reasonable rates and brand new cars.
I will use Routes car rentals again.
