This is a great company to rent from, I was upgraded to a larger vehicle without having to ask and the vehicle was great!
The wait time to be shuttled to the airport was a bit too long.
Also I booked my vehicle on line it said unlimited klms but was told I had a limit of 3400 klms 500 per day. I asked about that upon return of the vehicle but they weren't able to look up my reservation as their system had been down all day.
Besides that I would rent from this company and have recommended it.
Routes is a great rental car company.

Great experience, staff was so nice and helpful. Got an upgraded car for the same rate, location was convenient to the airport and super easy. We had to wait a bit to be picked up from the airport and then during drop off for the staff to come back from break, but we did arrive and drop off earlier than I had noted in the reservation.
Overall great rental experience, would definitely rent with your company again and will recommend to others.

Car was last left on lot, after hearing about how important it was to not to smoke in the car and how I could face fines if I did, the car stank of cigarettes.
Only concern was third party liability was not included and I have to take it seperately. Apart from that it was great.
