Very nice and friendly staff got a free upgrade to brand new SUV with just over 300 kms could smell the new paint and leather seats, very impressive rate for the car i got. would definitely recommend

1. Inside of the car windows were not clean
2. Dash needed cleaning
3. Car's gas tank was not full so hard to guess how much would be left when the car was taken back to the agency. Full on rental and return works better for me.
4. Rental agreement I agreed to online stated that there was "unlimited Mileage" while the actual agreement at the agency stated that there was only 200 KM / day free.
5. $44 for an extra driver was too expensive. Other rental agencies offer extra driver at no charge
Toyota was advertised online but not available...was not a big problem as my rental car was fine.
When I looked at the rates online ,I found it really cheap .I was bit scared and confuse that what kind a car or service am i going to get ,but I made the reservation and surprised ,It was a very good customer service ,no up selling ,free upgrade and the car was brand new ,very clean .
Shuttle driver gave me ride right at the terminal .

My car was not very clean. When I received it and started driving I thought the windshield was fogging up as it was difficult to see when at night cars were approaching. A few minutes it was not better because the windshield on the inside was very dirty. There were 3 suction cup marks on the window and a lot of film. The back window was even worse! The rear view mirror had lots of specs like soda spray or something. I had to clean it when I got to my destination. Never again!!
While the vehicle I got wasn't what I expected, a Kia Soul. It was actually a good drive. The price was great. It;s a smaller place, so it can't have the shuttles of the bigger places, but it all works out. and they get you where you are going. Thank you so much.
We were disappointed that there was a smell of smoke in the vehicle for the first 3 days of our rental. This was brought to the attention of the person with whom we inspected the vehicle and he advised there was not a smell of smoke. When a second person in our party got in the vehicle she also smelled smoke so the vehicle was checked by a second employee who confirmed that there was a smell of smoke.
