To be honest I was very skeptical of the deal. I had a great discount. however I was expecting no good service in return due to the good deals in price range that they have.
At my surprise: They picked me up from my terminal in 5 minutes. The driver was very nice and friendly.
Once I got to the front desk, I was greeted by the person in charge with an in creditable smile and politeness. It was just perfect service perfect price perfect experience.
I will use them again with no hesitations.
1. I hope they can also pick up / drop off customers at other locations (not just airport), like Enterprise car rental.
2. Why does the unlimited mileage only apply to fly-in customers? I hope it does to local drivers too!
Great service, friendly staff. Rented from Toronto airport location they are amazing. Drop me at Terminal. Will rent again from them. High 5 to management to have such a great staff.
Excellent for the price
I tried booking from other car rental companies but the prices were too high as it was last time booking. most of the times we are booking at last time, due to lour ate plans but every time I am getting very good rates same as if I book in very advance. This time even I got late for some time, and in spite of taking extra one more day rent, on requesting they consider it. Staff is very cooperative and helpful specially Priya. Now I don't have to think about car rentals before making any plans.:)
If you are in Ottawa and want to rent a car, this is a must do! We have
rented from Routes car rentals(Leitrim road) many times. Always very
pleasant to deal with. Good cars at great prices. If you are considering
this, go with these guys, you won't regret it. Rental prices are unbeatable
in every class... The staff is super friendly and helping.
