They were overbooked, so they sent me to Avis with same price. I am happy with the car I got, it was a Golf GTI.

Never was able to rent because my flight was late and they would guarantee a vehicle or hold the current one and wanted me to redo the entire process while travelling. No thanks. It was not my fault the plane went US and I would have been four hours late. Policy questionable..
We waited for an extremely long time, and the cost ended up about double what was quoted when reserving on the web site.
Great Price, great vehicle.... excellent value
First we were tricked. This is not an airport location when it takes a shuttle 20-30mins. Two emails for the same rental which contradict each other. Vehicles was dirty.
Very poor service will not rent here again or recommend any one to do.
The only issue was that it was busy on pick up and things took longer than expected.

very poor customer service, from toronto airport, if you rent from this company make sure you have an extra 1.5 hrs to waste to pick up the car
you get into the routes office (which is too dirty and prob hasn't been cleaned for years), the employees there may let you wait while they're chilling around.
cars are either old or not reliable (can't drive them on highways)
even when you go to drop off the car, it will take you at least 30 mins in the office.
they don't mention they're not inside
This maybe the best rent car experience I ever had anywhere.
