This maybe the best rent car experience I ever had anywhere.
Best car rental experience.
Brakes were not very tight and "brake light assist" message was lit on the dash screen. I alerted this problem to staff person upon return to the car rental station at the airport.
The service is an off airport rental and is dependent on the shuttle service. When we arrived groups were waiting for full shuttle after full shuttle some for an hour or more. The agency has all the data to predict when rushes will be, and should plan shuttles accordingly (they could some of their own vans for overflow). Otherwise the service was very cheerful.
Also, it should be clearer the proof of insurance from home is required to waive LDW. The staff was otherwise quite courteous .
I found Routes rental company services below expectation and I will never rent from them again. This was the worse experience I ever had with renting cars which I do often. I highly recommend you would not use this company. The services was poor, the car was OK at best and the staff were not friendly at all. I will not use this company and will not recommend them to anyone in my professional network. Poor job, poor management and Poor service overall.

Unbelievably bad experience. Bad enough didn't answer when I arrived and I had to take a cab to the hotel, but when contacted the next day, they said they didn't have a car for me! Even worse, they didn't tell me this until 11:00am after I had called them several times and they told me they were going to pick me up at the hotel. I can't believe in addition to not having the car, they made me wait on my vacation for over two hours when they knew they didn't have a car. Worst rental exp. ever.
Insurance not explained clearly
The cost was half of what it would cost t rent from the airport with little inconvenience and the people at the agency were nice and helpful.
