The only issue was with myself booking the rental under my name and credit card and my fiance had the insurance as he was going to be driving. I think its silly that all the details had to be under one name. luckily Vivian could help us by adding me (payer) as an additional driver. We had to pay a little extra but it would have been nice to know this was going to be an issue and we could have booked all under his name and card.
Lot's of confusion on picking us at our hotel. Far too long. Otherwise good vehicle, value and service.
Overall the service was very good. I have already booked my second rental with Routes at the end of this month. Please keep up the good service-Thanks
Fine service at the Calgary location. Efficient staff . Good car. Excellent airport shuttle service. Car windows not clean on pickup but that's a minor complaint. I'd use them again.

We ( me and my husband ) renting car every month. every month they come pick Us up and rates are very reasonable also staff are very kind and honest and if I found better price they will match the price. We really recommend to other people and friends.
The staff were not very helpful in getting us directions back to rental agency to return the car. We were not aware that the rental agency shuttle did not drop us off at our terminal. Both problems caused us to miss our flight. NOT Happy.
