Third party liability insurance, which not included in any of your credit card's car insurance, is a mandatory with this rental company (additional $10/day). This should be informed on the policy page so that customer aware of it ahead of time.
All went very well - smooth and comfortable. We encountered snow and slippery conditions and the all-season radials were okay with cautious speed, the wiper fluid very soon required refilling, and the wipers performed great. Thank you very kindly.
Overally, I was satisfied with my rental experience.
Mis communication and mis information about their policies and later made me suffer because of their incompetency to check and disclose their so called "Policies" revolved around my licence. It felt like they wanted to give car rental not on agreed price.
This is the worst car rental agency I have came across yet. I reserved a car from them and then when I called to cancel the reservation they gave the run around, which was a real pain and inconvenience for me.
The vehicle we originally booked was not available, however, Routes was able to offer us a better vehicle at the same cost. Staff was very helpful and courteous. In comparison to other rental companies, the price was excellent. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
