I would definitely rent from Routes Rental again. The staff was really helpful and very friendly.
We have continued to rent through CarRentalExpress and managed to rent at same company - Routes Car Rental. There are two separate times when we have rented that we forgot items in the vehicles. We have received the items both times and very grateful to Routes for their honesty and integrity. Thank you for not only providing great customer service but for being very professional!
After a pleasant experience in September, I went back to them this time a couple months later and found the same. Staff was eager to help and accommodate request. The representative even gave me an upgrade to a better vehicle for free. I gave a reference to a friend and he had a similar experience as well. Thank you for great rates and a good service.

Routes Car Rental is by far the most efficient car rental company we have used.They communicate amongst themselves which makes renting a very smooth process. Client satisfaction is important to Routes and they have always achieved this with our family. Mr.Vicky and Sukhi have combined their efforts to make us comfortable with both pricing and car selection. I was a bit skeptical because the weekly rate for a compact seemed too good to be true. But all went great - prompt pickup for a 5 minute shuttle ride, courteous and friendly staff and a free upgrade to near brand new SUV! They accepted my collision insurance through CIBC Infinite VISA but I had to bring proof of my public liability insurance. I knew this in advance and they accepted a copy of my car insurance (ICBC from BC). I have no problem recommending this agency.
