Routes Car Rental has been very accommodating to our family!Their rental prices are unbeatable! Mr. Vicky has gone out of his way to address my concerns and has shown a remarkable amount of respect and professionalism.Sukhi has been very nice and most professional to us.She has been able to address my concerns with greatest satisfaction.The entire staff are cordial and concentrate solely on me and my matters.Routes is a great company and we have returned since our first rental.Thank you Routes!
I was a bit skeptical because the weekly rate for a compact seemed too good to be true. But all went great - prompt pickup for a 5 minute shuttle ride, courteous and friendly staff and a free upgrade to near brand new SUV! They accepted my collision insurance through CIBC Infinite VISA but I had to bring proof of my public liability insurance. I knew this in advance and they accepted a copy of my car insurance (ICBC from BC). I have no problem recommending this agency.
My first experience with Routes has been fantastic. I do not want to pick and tell what was good, but whatever I can think of, has been either up-to the mark or better still. If you are anywhere near Pearson Airport, go for this one and it will deliver.
My only and only disappointment was that they are not open on Sundays.
It would be nice to have been able to be dropped off right at the airport for my return flight rather than at the shuttle train. Other than that, be sure to rent from these guys - it is a lot more economical and the car was in VERY GOOD condition - nice people too!!

We showed up last moute without a reservation because the other company makes it hard for people with G2 licence in Ontario to rent. I was please with there ability to quickly help and they were very friendly.
