Great car and attention to detail. I would recommend Rugged Rental to anyone with a big party needing 4 wheel drive! Our Wagoneer easily fit 5 people, 5 sets of skis, and all our luggage and ski boot bags. It was a great choice for us.

Vehicle, along with its safety and driving features, was above expectations. Only negative was it had worn out wipers, but that didn't present any problem.

The staff are AMAZING...well informed, courteous and friendly and so helpful! No better place to rent a car for the canyons...even had the UDOT sticker so got waved through traffic when traction law was in effect. Will only rent from these folks....FABULOUS
Very responsive to chat and email. The after hours drop off at Park & Jet worked well. The front desk staff was great. The shuttle driver pick up didn't offer help with luggage, but I didn't really need it. The rental we received didn't have ski racks even though we requested them but the staff upgraded us to a Jeep Cherokee with them
