Excellent service from pickup at SLC airport, collecting vehicle, to return. All staff members were courteous and professional. I especially appreciated Bubba, the driver on my return to the airport. He’s a great guy! The driver side windshield wiper blade was worn out, which I replaced. I was refunded the amount of the new blade, which I appreciated. The four-wheel-drive worked well in snow. I am very pleased and plan to use Rugged Rental again on my next trip to Salt Lake City.
They had just the vehicle we needed fir our trip. Pick up and Weekend return to the was simple and convenient.

I only wish they had a shuttle service if you live within a certain range of the building. I live closer than the airport, but they would only shuttle to the airport so I had to take an Uber.
I loved this rental. I’d do it again any day
My only issue/ complaint is reserving the vehicle and then showing up only to be told by some young woman that vehicle we reserved isn’t available and she would like to put us into a Chevy suburban! But then only to be helped by a young gentleman who got it all figured out and proceeded to give us the vehicle we requested.
Everything else was awesome trip was a success
