Awesome experience! We did the Supplier's Choice AWD and couldn't be happier.
Vehicle, along with its safety and driving features, was above expectations. Only negative was it had worn out wipers, but that didn't present any problem.
We had a great experience with Rugged Rental and would certainly rent from them again!
The staff are AMAZING...well informed, courteous and friendly and so helpful! No better place to rent a car for the canyons...even had the UDOT sticker so got waved through traffic when traction law was in effect. Will only rent from these folks....FABULOUS
Very responsive to chat and email. The after hours drop off at Park & Jet worked well. The front desk staff was great. The shuttle driver pick up didn't offer help with luggage, but I didn't really need it. The rental we received didn't have ski racks even though we requested them but the staff upgraded us to a Jeep Cherokee with them
The ski racks of the Jeep Cherokee were misaligned but they did work well. Though hard to reach on one side and the misalignment led to less usable space on rac
The Ram 4x4 was an excellent vehicle. Bonus was having a cover on the pick-up bed. Staff were very friendly.
Staff had no idea who I was. Despite me giving them the reservation number and showing them the confirmation for the rental I received two days before arrival they still had no record of the rental. Thank God they still had a car left over that they could give me. Unfortunately, it was the size of a bus
The staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation however, it was clear that if there was not an extra car sitting around, I would’ve been totally out of luck.
When we arrived, there were four other reservations being processed and you only had one person working. We had to wait too long to be picked up, then had to wait too long once at the location. You should have scheduled additional help with that many reservations.
The is the 3rd time I have rented with them and EVERYTIME my experience is amazing. The staff is GREAT!
