The windshield was cracked right in line with the drivers view and the engine and subsequently the cabin air filter were completely dirty with a red dirt (when I picked it up). This impacted air conditioning performance greatly.

I need to rent a truck once per year that will allow towing and rugged is the only place I know of that makes that easy. I just wish it were closer to home.

I was very happy with Rugged Rentals and would definitely recommend them to all renters. They do no upsell you and don't switch out your car at the last minute. I highly recommend
