Drivers side headlight out and couldn't drive at night. Windshield wiper blades smeared the glass and need replacing. Roof rack bent and made a howling noise the whole trip. Oil change warning came on every time you started the vehicle. It was a horrible experience and I would never rent from there again.
From beginning to end, the entire process was enjoyable and easy. They provide great instructions on how to get the shuttle to their office and pick up promptly. The car that was provided was great, it had all the bells and whistles you would want that you usually don't get with rental cars. I highly recommend renting from Rugged Rental

Everything was terrific except (1) the airport pickup and drop off point is really far from the main terminal and gates. Would be much better if they could pickup drop off at the arrival and departure area at the terminal; (2) the car had 33,000 mi (not a problem), but the tires appeared to be the originals; I would have preferred a bit more rubber. Otherwise great service and value.
