After getting home with my rental I discovered that one of the tires was heavily worn. I was going to be driving a long distance down a dirt road and knew I would probably get a flat with this tire. I called in and they promptly got me into a new car with great tires. Very impressed with the customer service.

This was my second rental from Rugged Rentals. My group takes an annual ATV trip to southern Utah which, could be done without renting from Rugged Rentals but would be a hell of a lot more difficult. I highly recommend Rugged Rentals and have no doubt you will not be disappointed.
The vehicle kept complaining about needing servicing of several parts/aspects (airbag, oil), which was both annoying and concerning. Also the driver seat adjustment stopped working at one point, which was scary (we made it work by moving some wires under the seat around - without unplugging or re-plugging anything, of course)
The only thing i was suprised that when we were taken back for our return flight that they didn't drop us off in front of departures.
Only local company that allows for towing and for unpaved road car rentals. Great and easy to work with and very fair pricing. 110% recommend this company for all of your rental needs.
