Loved that this rental company was very upfront and that they rent 21+
The receptionist Bailey was amazing: knowledgeable and friendly. The guy they have at the front desk, however, can use some training on soft skills and being more friendly. When advised Park n' Jet was closed on Sunday night without any attendant, and the machine wasn't giving any tickets for parking, he simply replied with: "you must have gone to the wrong location", and made no comment after confirming it was the right one.
The increase from 0.20 to 0.30 per mile over 600mi is a deal breaker
Great customer service. My only complaint would be that the outside of the car was a little dirty and the front inside winshield was not clean. It had a really bad haze and was hard to see out of when the sun would shine inside the front windshield.
