The staff was nice, however the vehicle we rented was definitely rugged. It was roomy but it had a rough ride. It was rusted in places. I asked about the tires before leaving the facility and was assured all was fine. However we had to stop several times to put air in the tire. This was annoying because finding gas stations in the mountains with air pumps was tough. The vehicle served our purposes.
After a previous bad experience with this company, Rugged Rental redeemed themselves on this rental. Though I was hesitant to rent with them again, they did a great job this time around.
